Harvey & Parmelee LLP Welcomes New Partners

Harvey & Parmelee LLP, one of the oldest and most established CPA firms in the greater Whittier area, is pleased to announce the admission of two new partners.

Effective January 1, 2006 Mrs. Valerie Sullivan and Mrs. Debi Rhinehart join Mr. Michael Parmelee, Mr. Richard Scrivanich, and Mr. Genno Coppa as partners of Harvey & Parmelee LLP.

Valerie is a CPA who joined the firm in 1987 as a staff accountant. She is a long-time member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). Valerie graduated from Biola University and enjoys serving a variety of clients, across a broad range of industries. As a mother of six children she brings a unique understanding to financial and tax planning. Her special expertise is in coordinated tax planning for closely held companies and their owners. She also has significant experience with tax planning for ministers and with trust accounting and administration.

Debi is a CPA who joined the firm as a staff accountant in 1995. She is a long-time member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). She graduated from Biola University in 1993 and enjoys serving a variety of clients including individuals, trusts, estates, non-profits and corporate businesses. Her special expertise is with computer applications, with significant experience with QuickBooks.
